The constitutional right called First to File of America Invents Act of 2011 is the one that plays with justice. It gives immense power in one sector, while literally stealing from the other. It takes job away from one sector and pours the same in the other sector. The small investors are given a blow in their faces. They have to give up their inventions for peanuts. The inventors are not given the worth of their efforts. It breaks the whole structure of constitutional rights into pieces.
This Right has limited the number of jobs that are available to the Americans and it has also made the opportunities available to the other countries. So, can we say that it caters to the needs and benefits of countries other than its native country? Section 1.8 of the constitution of America lays down the guidelines for the safeguarding of the rules of inventors. This act breaks this very constitutional right. It not only harms the laws and benefits of its country, but also hampers the economic growth of the strategic allies of America and limits their profits.
